We built ChatLab because we were tired of AI bots that were great in screenshots and weak in real work.

We wanted something that could actually help teams handle support and sales across chat, email, voice, and real workflows, with less robotic nonsense, less repetition, and less wasted time.

We’re still building hard, and we want to build it with people who actually use the product in the wild.

So if you buy in, tell us where it hurts. Tell us what breaks. Tell us what feels slow, vague, clunky, or unfinished. That is the work we care about most, and we’ll own it.

One more thing, clearly and upfront: some advanced or usage-heavy features, like Voice, Email Copilot, API access, additional credits, and extra users, are optional add-ons. We prefer honest deal structure over fake simplicity.

We’re not here to sell magic. We’re here to build a tool that does real work and keeps getting better.
