We run a Shopify store and have been putting ChatLab through its paces. We're genuinely impressed. The chatbot is snappy, modern, and highly customizable — you can shape the look, tone, and behavior to fit your brand exactly.

Support has been a standout. The team is responsive and properly engaged with feedback, and they've been quick to ship real improvements for us rather than just acknowledging requests.

The one current limitation: the bot doesn't fully understand the Shopify catalog yet, so we had a few dropped balls where it tried to search products but missed the context. The good news is the developer told us they're actively building a deeper Shopify catalog integration, so we're hopeful that gap closes soon.
