Q: API integration with Dify and Workspace

1 - Does it work in Brazilian Portuguese?

2 - Does it have integration via Webhook and API? I ask because I intend to use your inbox connected with an external Chatbot via Dify.

3 - In plan 3 it indicates that I can have 5 workspaces. Does this mean that I can connect 5 WhatsApp numbers and have this service separated by sectors or teams? For example, 1 workspace for sales and 1 workspace for support?

4 - Regarding the workspace, it is separate, will agents linked to workspace 1 not have access to contacts and messages from workspace 2?

5 - In your Chatbot flow, can I use this same flow on Instagram and Messenger? If so, do the buttons appear on WhastApp when I create a message template?

6 - Is it possible to create a prompt to instruct Chartbot to provide a more personalized service, if possible, what size prompt can I create?

I just had one more question:

Is it possible to connect more than one WhatsApp number to the same Workspace?

For example, in the same Workspace, can I have 3 Instagram accounts, 1 Facebook account and 2 WhatsApp accounts so that I can respond to all these channels in the same inbox?
