Q: ChatBot usage limit
Hi, If I created a public ChatBot and published it on my website, then how many users may access it. I'm confused with the term 'contact' 500 in tier 1

The 500 unique contacts limit in Tier 1 refers to the number of individual users whose information you capture and store within ChatMaxima. Think of these as leads or users you can identify and potentially re-engage later (e.g., someone who provides their email, phone number, or becomes a known user in your system).
Your public chatbot on your website can be accessed by an unlimited number of visitors. They only become a "contact" when the bot successfully collects identifying information that gets stored in your ChatMaxima contact list.
Hope that makes sense! Let me know if you have any more questions.
so if i do NOT ask for the contact-informations and do not store it, i would have unlimited people who can access?
Just to clarify: A "Contact" = a unique conversation started in a given period. It's counted whether or not you ask for details like email/phone.
So, regardless of whether you capture specific details (email, phone, etc.), every new conversation initiated by a unique visitor will count towards that limit.
As mentioned, don't stress too much about hitting limits early on, and we have easy add-ons
