I'm trying to understand your pricing.

I'm looking at selling chatbots as a service.

What dose active monthly contact mean?

What dose users mean?

My current guess is that active monthly contacts= number of chatbots

Users = how many people can have access to these chatbots

Plz correct me if wrong.

Also is there a whitelabel version?

Firstly, let's break down the terms:

Active Monthly Contacts: This refers to the number of individual customers or clients your chatbot interacts with during a monthly billing cycle. For example, if your chatbot has conversations with 500 unique individuals in a month, those are your Active Monthly Contacts. It's not tied to the number of contacts you have but rather the unique customer interactions.

Users: This represents the number of team members you can have managing your ChatMaxima account. Users can be agents, managers, or admins who have access to the dashboard, can set up and manage chatbots, and oversee customer interactions. This is not related to the end-users interacting with the chatbot but rather your internal team.

Regarding the white-label version, we are indeed working on it. Our goal is to provide a fully customizable solution that you can brand as your own, offering a seamless experience for your clients. While it's not available just yet, we are making significant progress and hope to roll it out soon. I will make sure to update our community as soon as we have a definitive launch date.

Can I delete the contact that are not active and free up the quota?

let's say the contact only try chat once and I want to delete that contact/conversation.

Any way for us to increase this limit because when we are handling more clients, they will be using the contacts up in no time? Especially with the whitelabel coming up too.

Yes, you can purchase additional contacts at any point of time using the Contacts Addon.
