1. What does 25 users mean? Are they 25 workspaces to create bots for our clients? Can you give me more context?

Voice Note Support: We're excited to share that voice note support is currently in development. Our team is working hard to roll this out and we anticipate it will be available within the next few weeks. Stay tuned for updates!

Comparison with ManyChat: ChatMaxima stands out with our Advanced Chat Blocks, which allow for seamless integration across various platforms. While I understand ChatMaxima needs visibility, white labeling helps us resell the software under our brand.
