Assuming each clients has 4 social media channels - Insta, facebook, whatsapp, website
Daily 100 conversations on each channel = 100*4 channel = 400 conversations
Multiplied by 30 days = 400*30 = 12000
Multiplied by 10 clients = 120,000
Free contacts offered by ChatMaxima = 7500
Contacts for which additional money needs to be paid 120,000 - 7500 = 112,500
Cost at $8/1000 = $900 extra
1) Does an agency need to pay $900 extra ?
2) Does an agency need to pay $900 every month or it's one-time ?

Good observation. I'd also be interested in the answer to this. Seems like the limiting factor with this LTD offer is that it gets expensive real quick for agencies/clients with heavy usage.
