Q: Monthly Contacts and template

Hi, I have these 2 questions:
1. What about after reaching out of monthly Contacts limit?
2. I have template of bot created. After that I open the builder, I found 2 things to be considered as improvement needs:
A. So many steps are created in the builder but miss a feature that help us o understand and identify them, I would like click on each item of left side panel, then these related steps will be colored,.
B. After install the template bot, how can I connect the AI into the builder?

This flexibility ensures that your needs are met without interruption to your service.

Template and Builder Improvements:

A. Step Identification and Visualization:
Currently, you can rename each block by clicking on the card header, which helps in quickly identifying them. However, we are actively working on incorporating more visual cues and interactive elements to make the process even smoother. Your feedback is invaluable, and I'd love to hear more about any other specific features you think could enhance this aspect.

B. Connecting AI to the Template Bot:
To connect ChatMaxima's AI functionality to your existing bot template, you can integrate the AI bot block directly into your current workflow. This involves selecting the AI bot block from the builder interface and linking it to the relevant steps in your bot.
