Q: What's The Best Use Case?

I wish AppSumo had a section "What's The Point?"

I plan to use this to pre-qualify leads before adding them to our CRM, and would like to offer the non-qualified that I add them to our mailing list. Is that pretty much the most tyical use case?

Can I remove people from your "CRM" once I have added them to mine, so that I can "recycle" my contact count?
