problem with connecting facebook and instagram accounts

I ask for help to immediately resolve the problem with connecting to my facebook and instagram accounts. After purchasing until now I still can't connect to my facebook and instagram fanpage accounts, I have tried to contact customer service but there has been no definite answer, the last time I contacted customer service there was no answer, please resolve the problem immediately, thank you
