Q: I bought the highest plan and uploaded a 212-page PDF.

Now I started to ask the bot about the content in the PDF. Usually, I get the answer, "I do not have access to the PDF." Well, I literally uploaded it. So how can this be solved? The bot is very unstable and does not give correct or helpful answers at all. If I made a mistake or missed anything, let me know; otherwise, I guess the only solution is to ask for a refund. ... The PDF itself is in Arabic, but according to your information, that wouldn't be a problem, as I saw that you support Arabic as well. Also, in the second bot, I had two English PDFs uploaded. There, too, I get the same response: "I do not have access to the PDF," or "I am not able to answer questions on PDFs as I am not able to access it." How can this bot be trained better, according my pdf's? I mean, thats the only reason why i bought that deal.
