When making decision among others tool, just falling love with the Chatnode bot on their website. It can almost answer all my question that makes me for confident to choose although I had a inclined to choose the one that looks like more stable.

Don't get distracted by ton of features that could kill the core feature, keep focusing on the core feature "customer services" ai that can rely on that help business owner running their business (or maybe staff cloning for things that ask repeatedly) and stable development (focus on more how to make the ai can fit as staf complimentary to answer repetitive question). And hopefully in feature can be second brain for the business owner.
