the first is Embed as an iFrame (which can be restricted to specific pages, perfectly tailored to your needs), and the second is Embed as a chat widget (which is global and adds a chat bubble to the bottom right of your website).

Q: So for the messages per month, are those the included messages in the plan, but then any messages over 4000 ...

in Tier 1 for example, I can pay for using my own OpenAI API Key? Also, what are the 15,000,000 characters per month? I dont get the difference between 4000 messages and 15mil characters? Is one for training characters? Anyways, hoping that you offer spill-over into my own OpenAI API Key. Thanks!
