Best AI bot for knowledge base sites

5 tacos all day especially at this price! The bot is fantastic for knowledgebase sites and as a general assistant. It's by far my favorite out of all I've tried for support. I've tried out of about 10 of them and comparatively, it's better in many ways for support, knowledgebase, and acting as an assistant.

1. Simple and intuitive interface for setup very easy to navigate the dashboard.

2. It scrapes sites quickly and is ready to go in a matter of minutes with knowledge. You can load it up on the fly with documentation on anything such as programming and coding manuals to help you get work done, I haven't found any that are faster to set up than this.

3. It provides references and links to any information it provides which is very helpful to track down and review in detail information if needed. I've only seen one other bot that did that.

4. it just works out of the box, no fiddling around to make it work correctly., adjusting prompts or anything else. I don't mind fiddling but, sometimes it's nice to just have something work.

5. Can be integrated into Slack which means your co-workers can ask the repetitive question directly to the bot in Slack instead of the support team.

So 5 tacos, 100% as a support and assistant bot. I have other bots I like for say sales and leads but, this is the hands-down best for support and assistant.

I wish white labeling was part of the AppSumo deal and I could customize the chat icon a bit more. But overall, the main purpose is support for co-workers and this is way better than the others I've tried. I know this will eliminate many repetitive questions our support team gets asked daily. So, I'd rather sacrifice whitelabeling to have a bot that works correctly.
