Q: I have registered and paying the subscription - they not letting me in and keep charging money
I have been a registered subscriber of Chatplayground AI and have been making regular payments for my subscription. However, despite my active subscription, I am being denied access to the service.
This raises serious concerns, as I am being charged without receiving the promised service. I would like to understand why this is happening. Is this an error, or is there another reason I am being blocked from accessing my account?
Please resolve this issue immediately or provide a full refund for the unauthorized charges. If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
Q: it is not using the latest pro versions of models
When chatting with chatgpt 4o , when asked, it says version 3.5 is used. When chatting with o1 preview , It says it is actually using legacy chatgpt 4, not even the 4o iteration. Also claude does not seem to use the latest 3.5 sonnet model. You can easily test with chatgpt 01 preview, asking how many "r" are present in the word "strawberry" it will answer 2. Can someone explain this? Im thinking on asking a refund
