There is no screenshot to share because you would only see a blank screen and a swirling blue icon. What I experienced: I tried 10 or more times to access your site on July 3 and 4 and only succeeded in 25% of my attempts. And that was not because of my internet connection - other sites loaded with no problems.
Q: For repurpose video or audio transcriptions into marketing content, can it be written with my own voice and style?
Can I upload my own content or an author that I like, so the content can be written in that style for the transcription?
So this allows us to transcribe the uploaded video BUT NOT translate that transcription to another language? Trying to understand. We want to use this with our yt channel videos to translate to other languages so we can upload those to yt for other captions languages

Bought a plan with "Premium support".
Tried my first transcription - something in Danish.
Selected Danish as language....
... System tried transcripting it in German.
Created a support ticket.
No response in 6 days.
Is this "Premium support"??
If i don't hear anthing I will request a refund in a couple of days (and hey... Maybe I'll leave a review as well....)
