Q: Premium Support?

I have a Tier 3 plan and have contacted you multiple times at the support@chatscribe.pro email address (expecting 'Premium Support') and so far I have not even received an acknowledgement of receiving the emails. What makes up 'Premium Support'? I cannot move forward with urgent transcription tasks because of issues with the platform. The account uses my @hoya.com email address.

Q: translation document

Hi there,
I took the deal, then get reimbursed, but i would like to double check. My main use of the tool would be to have document translation (i need to translate full documents keeping the same format, i.e ppt or pdf)

The headline make me understand it is possible "AI powered video transcription, doc chat, content generation & Doc translation" but it seems with the appsumo voucher, this option is not available.

could you clarify ?

Can you share a screenshot what exact issue you are facing?
I just tested here. Except the Claude 3 Opus I found no issue at all.
I am happy to understand your issue since it was a huge change that contains lots of frontend and backend changes.
