When I first got this, support was really responsive. Now there's no reply to my emails. I'm wondering what an alternative is in case my emails are going to spam?

There is no screenshot to share because you would only see a blank screen and a swirling blue icon. What I experienced: I tried 10 or more times to access your site on July 3 and 4 and only succeeded in 25% of my attempts. And that was not because of my internet connection - other sites loaded with no problems.
Q: Has this product been abandoned by the developers?
Is Chat Scribe Pro no longer being actively developed? There seem to be problems with the site. Their homepage will not load, and the app is broken.

Bought a plan with "Premium support".
Tried my first transcription - something in Danish.
Selected Danish as language....
... System tried transcripting it in German.
Created a support ticket.
No response in 6 days.
Is this "Premium support"??
If i don't hear anthing I will request a refund in a couple of days (and hey... Maybe I'll leave a review as well....)
