Q: Can this handle live chat requests as well?

Meaning, can I chat w/ a customer if they try to chat with me on my site? thanks

Currently our chatbots are autonomous, without live chat/human handover. If you think it's a must-have feature, feel free to add to our feature requests so it can gain upvotes and get implemented! https://chatwith.canny.io

In the meantime, it is possible to add integrations for the chatbot to use. For example the chatbot can eg. send an email or a Slack message to your team if the visitor asks for contact.

Thanks. I think it is pretty important because I can't not have a live chat option and I can't have two chats on my website. Know what I mean?
