Q: Hi, Can you only have one active action in the chatbot?

I mean, if I use the WooCommerce action, I can only have the WooCommerce action active, and I can't use Webhook for other missions nor the API to make query the chat?

Yes, at the moment only one action of a kind can be active at the same time. The feature to support multiple kinds of actions is on our roadmap: https://chatwith.canny.io/roadmap/p/multiple-actions
