Could you please ensure that the sub-pages have been also crawled and trained? If only the top page was used for training then the chatbot will not have the knowledge about the content that is on the sub-pages. All the sub-pages should show on the "Training content" list.

Another questions, is the limits applied if I’m using my own api?

You can use your sitemap file or just let our crawler scan your website for all pages. There is no need to add each url by hand!
Regarding the limits: if you provide your own OpenAI API key then the messaging limits do not apply, but the training limits still do.
