1. Triggering a chatbot in Botpress will be possible when we release our Chatbot API that is currently in progress. Please observe this ticket: https://chatwith.canny.io/roadmap/p/chatbot-api
2. Yes, you can connect the chatbot to an API that provides live information like stock levels. At the moment the easiest is to use Shopify integration, but you can also integrate with any API using our API skill.
3. No, stacking of multiple licenses won't increase limits on your account. However, you could make three separate purchases and end up having three Chatwith accounts with more characters.

2) I admit that the topic of API skills is a bit more advanced and not very easy to start with at the moment. We're working on making it more accessible - but ultimately, it will require some level of technical skills or even programming. 3) Yes, that's what I meant. At the moment it is not possible to go beyond 20M characters on Tier 3. It will be possible in the future with the training add-ons.
