Q: So it sounds like our CLIENTS cannot tweak their own chat bots at all?
They can't even update the knowledge or anything themselves?
Sounds like when you say "client" the ONLY thing they can do is see the chat logs?
If that's correct, it seems very restrictive, especially since we'll be using our own OpenAI keys over 7,000 messages.
For clarity, can you please list what our clients CAN do in their client portal? Thanks!
