I purchased tier 3 since I wanted no branding / unlimited chatbots. After a week + of training bots, I've come to realize your 20m training limit is for the whole account...
This means for some people, they make get 100+ chatbots with minimal training. But for many this might only cover 5 - 10. Kind of a deal breaker now for agencies and larger businesses.
Bought the highest tier but refunded after a few weeks, the bot is always giving me "I don't know" answers. Trained so many times but still not smart in answering. This is due to bad tuning and the guardrails from the bot. Long way to go but can't sell it for now.
This has great potential, however a couple of things needs to be implemented: - ability to login via password - The dashboard should show all our chatbots that we have created and allow us to edit each one individually. Analytics should also be individual by chatbot and we need to be able to share them easily with our clients. - integration with WebWave - ability to add higher messaging limits easily - ability to limit functionality like for example max messages per month for each bot.

Refund after few weeks
