I have tested several chatbot LTDs and I found this one to be a close fit for what I was looking for. Here are my comments:

1. I have to tailor the prompt quite a bit to get the bot to respond in the way I wanted but once you figure that out, the quality of the answers are good.
2. I liked how you can add formatting to the responses. This allowed me to include links to "Contact Us" pages, bold text, ect.
3. I liked the ability to review conversations and refine the responses so that they provided the answers I wanted. This is an awesome feature.

The app has all the basics you need to build a quality chatbot but there are some things currently missing:
- the ability to delete a bot
- the ability to delete conversations
- limited integration - I would like to see Webhooks and Make.com integration
- Limited look and feel customization options
- No ability to pass the conversation over to a live agent.

The product roadmap does have a lot of the above items listed so I'm hopeful that the app will mature into a fully functional app in the near future.
