re:tune's loss, ChatWith's gain
Having been burned by re:tune's AppSumo deal, which fizzled out just when it was supposed to take off, I was hesitant to dive into another offer.
re:tune's platform seemed promising at first, but 25 days in, red flags were raised: unanswered queries on Discord and stagnant development, despite the founder's vague teasers of big things on the horizon. Thankfully, AppSumo's refund policy allowed me to recoup my investment.
With my refund, I turned to ChatWith, and I must say, the shift has been night and day. Right from the get-go, ChatWith delivered on its promises. I could almost instantly sense the difference in product maturity and commitment.
ChatWith is still young in its development, without a doubt. But man, it has demonstrated a solid foundation. Rafal has proved his reliability. He's delivered a bunch of updates in my short time with the app. Case in point: I logged off one Friday with no webhook or API integration, only to be greeted the following Monday by a suite of new integrations—documentation and all.
ChatWith isn't just a tool with potential; it's a testament to what happens when developers are as good as their word. The trajectory for ChatWith is upward, and I'm here for it.
