Set custom page widths. Adjusting the canvas width is essential for a tool like Claritee. The fixed width is 1280 px, while I personally prefer working with 1400 px. The argument that "the layout automatically adjusts to the screen" is not a valid excuse for me. I am even surprised that this is not possible. I would also like to see working with rulers as an additional feature. I hope this is on the roadmap.
There’s actually no limitation on page width. On the bottom right corner you’ll find the option to add more breakpoints, including fully custom widths (so 1400px works perfectly).
While we don’t have rulers yet, we do provide grids to help with alignment and precision. You can toggle grids on/off with Ctrl+G, or manage it in the...
It doesn't matter how many times I skip the pop up screen which tries to get information about the user, it appers again and again and it appears every minute. It is not an unusual prctice to use growth tools but you should do it in a professional way. I even cannot find the right words to describe how unprofessional the way you use it. Please stop it.
A: Hi riza_kunur, Thanks for sharing this feedback, and I’m sorry it came across as irritating. The popup you’re seeing is meant only for users who haven’t yet filled in their profile details (like company type, role, etc.). Once those details are completed, it won’t appear again.
That said, we understand it can feel disruptive if skipped and shown repeatedly. To improve this, we’re adjusting the...
I'm testing Claritee and encountering an issue where the page width is fixed at 1280 pixels, with no option to change it. Is there a way to adjust the width to a custom value, or is this feature planned for a future release?
Thanks for testing Claritee and for the great question!
At the moment, the default canvas width is 1280px, but Claritee is already built to be fully responsive — so layouts adapt automatically to different screen sizes. On the bottom-right corner, you can add and switch between different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile) to see and adjust how your layout looks across...
Q: How are AI credits calculated? First site was 72 of 200 credits, gulp.
Hi, I was excited to try this and entered a prompt for a new company website to test it. I used Bolt AI earlier with a similar prompt and it created compelling site with a strong message, but I can't colloborate with anyone. Claritee was fast, created a nice site map, and seemed very intuitive. The design was not as a good, but a good start to start collaborating. Claritee's hero section seemed so plain and generic. Then I checked and this one site, ate up 72 credits out of my 200. At this rate, I would be lucky if I can get 3 sites a month. Can you explain the AI credits?
A: Hi alvin68, Great question — thanks for giving Claritee a spin and sharing your experience so far. Claritee uses AI Actions to calculate credits. Each type of generation has a different weight depending on how much processing it takes. For example: Sitemap → ~0.1 action Enhance (prompt enrichment) → ~0.1 action Section (layout block) → 1–2 actions Full layout page → ~20 actions Layout → Design...
Q: It won't generate the design. It says I need to contact a manager. I bought tier 3. Please help.
