Q: Why are you trying to irritate the users?
It doesn't matter how many times I skip the pop up screen which tries to get information about the user, it appers again and again and it appears every minute. It is not an unusual prctice to use growth tools but you should do it in a professional way. I even cannot find the right words to describe how unprofessional the way you use it. Please stop it.

Thanks for sharing this feedback, and I’m sorry it came across as irritating. The popup you’re seeing is meant only for users who haven’t yet filled in their profile details (like company type, role, etc.). Once those details are completed, it won’t appear again.
That said, we understand it can feel disruptive if skipped and shown repeatedly. To improve this, we’re adjusting the frequency so that it will only reappear after a longer interval (e.g. once per day) instead of every session.
If you’d like it gone permanently right away, just fill in the form once and you won’t see it again.
