Excellent product! I found the setup process to be quick and easy after a slight learning curve, which was not that difficult. You are able to perform general prepared searches, or perform a customized search similar to a LinkedIn advanced search. I was able to locate two old friends of mine as I knew their location area, which provided their phone number and email addresses. The amount of credits used is kind of high, but I do not perform many searches per day. I will probably upgrade to the next level for more monthly credits. I highly recommend this product.
