Best Purchase this Year 2020

This review is a little late but honestly sumolings need to know. The triple stack deal is going to help my company do product demos. The saas product is top notch and if this deal every comes back you would be wise to get it.
1. Link to call page for clients to have face to face meetings.
2 Custom landing pages
3 Unlimited minutes and sub accounts at a price that is beyond value.

I'm going to be spreading the word about this product for a lifetime!
BTW using this product with zoom.ai is a double threat- great scheduling and an easy-to-use link for my clients. Mind blowing value!

Support and reliability issues plague this tool

I have experienced problems with stream connection and connecting the camera. I have submitted multiple support tickets and heard nothing. I reached out pre-sale to question about whitelabel sub-accounts and got no response. I have left replies to questions and comments trying to see about the luck others have had with support, and these posts have yet to be public.

The product concept is great. So far execution and support have been VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Amazing Product Much Needed Tech

One click to reach sales & marketing via audio or video call is a much needed technology in coming days. I find clickacall setup to be very easy & I had run a few test calls for over an hour without much problem. Call quality is good & I have high hopes for your product but I also have some issues to share during my trial run.
When I stopped Screensharing in Audio Call, the video automatically switches on. When I shared the screen of single tab in my browser it causes flickering of the video if there is no mouse movement.
Now it takes two clicks to place a video call & I saw in roadmap that you are going to add the feature of calling from the same page in a single click. Waiting for this update.

How to Accept Video calls on your website with ClickACall

Video is the New Normal!
Sometimes, voice calls are not enough for people to get in touch with your team. Video is the new normal way how people communicate! But how do you let people make video calls for your team on your website? Good thing there is ClickACall!

Things I like about this platform / deal
🌮 No logins or signups or software to install for the customer. Works on any device!
🌮 Whitelabel option for agencies with subaccounts under own domain and branding. Call links / invites in own custom domain
🌮 It is so simple to use/configure, only takes minutes to get up and running!

Things I would want to see in the future
🌮 Whitelabel for subaccounts not yet "fully functional" or you cannot remove a subaccount except to contact support
🌮 only for inbound calls. For missed calls, no way to get back to them as they don't leave any information behind. maybe get email or phone number at the start or if call is unanswered for about 3 minutes?
🌮 integrations / API. can this be used for conducting calls like for example doctor and his patient? billable calls?

Hope you guys give these guys your tacos before the deal ends in a few days!

Holy Amazing Product and Customer Service Batman!

Wow, talk about over-delivering! I reached out to ClickACall as I had a question. Jordan got on a call with me, answered that question and walked me through ALL of their amazing features. This is a great product with top notch customer service.

It is super easy to get set up and the user experience is great. They also have so many great features planned. :)
