I’ve researched ClickACall, a lot! Initially for us it had a few bugs which meant that we couldn’t benefit from its full features, but we just couldn’t let this go. After several calls (actually very interesting calls) with the support team, we very quickly established ClickACalls’ future value to our businesses. The vision for ClickACall is huge and it will more than likely replace many of the platforms we use today, just through its diversity and efficiency alone. It’s extremely simple to use and we have the ability to monitor which platforms our calls are generated from, which is awesome for future marketing campaigns. The call and video quality is great and we haven’t had any problems with connection. We certainly feel that we’re investing in our future with ClickACall and would recommend this to anyone who wants a quick and simple solution to hold a call or video chat. Worth every taco, and then some!
