I have a Lifetime subscription for 1 website and wanted to add a 2nd website. I tried purchasing a new code but, when stacking it in my account, it didn't work.
So, after asking for help with no solution, I requested a refund.

Is it possible to purchase a second code that works on my existing account, or I need to create a new account for a new code?

Can you tell me more about the writing tool? How does it work? How many words output?

Opening a shopify store soon for beverages. Will this software work well with Shopify? And if I have problems, can I talk to a real person ASAP instead of sending in tedious quetions and then waiting for responses? I need help as not techie person; but love what tech can do for me.

8 websites is not very many for the highest plan. How much are additional websites going to cost above 8 and will it be lifetime or turn to monthly subscription? thanks
