I’ve spent quite a bit of time trying to get this platform to sync properly with my sites, and honestly, it’s been pretty disappointing. Nothing ever seemed to match up the way it was supposed to. I kept assuming maybe it was a setup issue on my end, so I spent more time troubleshooting, rechecking integrations, refreshing connections, and reading through the help documentation. After all that, I finally reached out to support and spoke with someone through the live chat, and that’s when I learned the truth.

According to their own team on chat, only a few things actually sync right now:

* Missing meta descriptions
* Missing titles
* Image alt tags
* Schema markup setup

That’s it. Everything else listed under the “synced” features doesn’t actually sync or update from your website data. Things like duplicate H1s, missing canonical tags, and other SEO-related fields just don’t work as implied. The dashboard gives the impression that all those elements are being checked and updated, but in reality, they’re not.

It feels misleading, because the platform presents itself as an all-in-one SEO monitoring and optimization system — and that’s what I was expecting when I signed up. If I had known that only four specific fields were actually functional, I would have approached it very differently.

The product clearly has potential, but the syncing limitation undermines its usefulness. At the very least, the marketing and in-app messaging should be more transparent about what is and isn’t operational. As it stands, it wastes a lot of time for anyone expecting full data coverage.

This isn’t meant to be harsh — I actually think the idea behind the platform is solid. But until all of the advertised syncing features work, it’s not a reliable tool for serious SEO management. I really hope the developers prioritize fixing this soon, because it could be great if it actually did everything it says it does.

Wanted to try it because of all the great reviews.
I tried but did not see any SEO improvements. Impressions moved laterally only. In the fourth week, I saw a dip of 80% in my impressions. I have just removed the code from my site, so I hope my impressions come back up. I will admit, it is impossible to determine what exactly caused a drop in impressions so dramatic, but then again, I can say my SEO did not get any better.
Contacted tech support to see if they knew what was happening, and I was told it was due to a Google update. I asked additional questions and never heard back.

Installed it on two sites and did some small tasks (meta - alt - etc). It worked well.

I was in the middle of a cleanup for a new client so I installed on the staging site. Ran a "remove duplicate H1s" while I was logged into the live site (but no plugin installed). I did mess up and put the live site URL in CR forgetting to put the staging url. After I ran the task, I thought it was great... until I saw it removed 35 pages on the live site. Installed yesterday's backup. No avail. Installed last week's backup. Same issue. I don't know how it did what it did (htaccess?), but I had to recover those pages, and rebuild 9 of them from scratch (custom posts).

I wanted to leave this for support instead of in public, but the dashboard has no link to do so. No support ticketing, no chat.

I know I had a hand in putting in the wrong URL, but I'm guessing it should not have removed pages that could not be recovered. And it should not have done so via the staging site to live site. What a weird way to remove duplicate H1s.

This is a promising plugin! But I do want others to be aware that you can make a mess if not careful.
