ClickReach: Cold Email Marketing Web App Reviews

I'm writing this after 1+ years but I still face the same issues I did from the 1st day.

- Emails do not go out.
- If they go out, only half of them are sent. And dashboard shows all of them are sent out and I received replies as well.

SOOOO INACCURATE & WAYYYYY OFF.

My worst decision ever.

Support reassured me again and again, but it never improved and never worked for me.

I am in search of an alternative to LemList. At 100$ per month for one sending address, I have been looking at exploring alternatives. I have contacts that are of low importance, so I am fortunate to have some ability to play around with trying alternatives.

Across the board, key features that are missing from all products

#1 No option to bcc each sent email. I want to be able to bcc the email to my salesforce sync email.

#2 Lemlist has a native way to sync with salesforce’s api, so it can pull the contacts natively. This is critical since it is how I manage who opts out. If I send an email in salesforce and the contact opts out, it pulls the record from the salesforce report, and thus pulls it from lemlist campaign automatically. For all 3 platforms, if someone opts out outside of the platform, I have to manually either pull the record or upload it to the universal blacklist. This is really confusing to coordinate. My current workaround that I will attempt is to hard delete the contacts from each platform respectively at the end of each campaign and then re-upload fresh from the exported SF report when I go to do a new campaign.

This platform is currently inoperable due to the fact that it is seemingly randomly sending the same email to the same end user multiple times, in some cases up to 4x.

I have opened a support ticket as of 5/20/2023 and it has not yet been resolved.
1 star though since it is a well designed platform and I am hopeful to see if this issue can be resolved.

I am hopeful that this can be resolved or commented on and then I will be able to change the review.

I wanted to test an email automation software and decided to test this product, and within a week, I purchased more licences and am now managing 10 email-sending accounts.

Very easy to get to grips with and great support for an questions.

First, let's all agree that Sumolings are a tough crowd to please. While we are given a fantastic deal, we are also often the first serious round of users (a.k.a. testers) for new platforms. And we put the team and product through the wringer.

As someone who has helped developed several SaaS platforms, I empathize with the difficulty in managing through this turmoil. That said, the platforms know what they are getting into and need to be prepared for this.

When I first started using ClickReach I had a slew of issues. And not just minor ones, major ones. The only thing that kept me moving forward was the dedication and help from the support team. Yes they had/ have active issues, but they are addressing them. And most importantly they have outstanding customer service. In my experience this is what often separates the winners from the loosers.

Through the launch of this project I have watched it continue to improve and support is platform in a professional and helpful way to is users.

For this ClickReach get my 5 tacos, and respect for sticking it out.

My overall experience with Clickreach has been positive so far. I've used other email outreach tools in the past, and Clickreach stands out in terms of functionality and ease of use. For this price it's still a no-brainer, especially if the little issues gets solved in the future. Email outreach tools are expensive.
