Unfortunately, the support is terrible. They just upgraded to v.2. and the "remove branding" features from our current appsumo accounts are no longer available. The owner keeps pushing his upsell to whitelabel while v.2 lacks many features like SMS/email, etc. Sad to see the ethos of this company going down and not honouring their commitment.

Great product! One feature request please... I would save us a LOT of setup time if we had a way to 'clone' one of the profiles when adding new customers. This way any changes we made in previous email and SMS templates are carried over. This way all we have to do is change the contact info for the profile and be done. This would be a HUGE time saver.
It works wonder, I am delighted so far. One caveat: a customer is asked to verify her review with her phone number, after receiving a message that she never gets. It happens I suppose, you're not the only ones who can't deliver to all SMS providers. I will not name big brands here... Question: is there any other way to verify a customer? Like email or something. She is really happy with my products and wants to leave a review. Thanks

What did the agency piece cost you?
I bought the agency one as well but now whenever I try to do agency things it tells me that I have to buy their new plan for $1000+ per year.
