Q: So our AppSumo Account is now a standard free account?
They've changed their account types and now my once full account that I was promised when buying the deal has lost most of its functionality. This is bad. I use the site for multiple clients and I can only do what I need to do now if I pay the $1,500 upgrade fee. The my AppSumo account is now the same account anyone can get for free. is this how you reward us for early adoption?
Agree, i had this for over a year and now they are forcing customers to purchase SMS credits, even though i never used SMS for our reviews and was all Email based, this feature isn't even showing anymore to send request via email. Reached out to support and no response, waiting 2 weeks now
I have found out that you have to create the new account in V2, contact support to have your codes pushed over, and then recreate your clients. It isn't ideal but I do like the new platform MUCH better. It is worth the work.
Now I can't login, password recovery doesn't seem working. Their support Discord channel either close or I got kicked out. I've been trying to contact the owner via mail
