Climbo is the first review management software designed for reselling, helping clients easily get more reviews, manage reviews quickly, and share reviews online. The AppSumo deal allows reselling the platform to unlimited clients, with no cap. If you need a fully white-label solution with your domain on top, you can explore premium plans inside the platform.

Was ok at first, and then came the $3k sales pitches....and now a VERY LIMITED 2.0....
When this first showed up on AppSumo, I was quick to purchase and attempt to implement it.
It showed promise and had a widget that I could customize, and with any HTML/CSS knowledge, anyone can tweak various items on the page.
Over time it became obvious that this AppSumo Lifetime deal was a lead in for having to purchase the whitelabel deal and the sales pitch was that the initial lifetime deal was sold out at just under 1k, but if we acted now, we could get the next level up at near 3k.
I contemplated it and they had a large number of individuals creating Pitch videos that explained how they now were selling Reputation Management packages.
I passed and continued with the non-white label account.
There was no automation of reviews, that required the $3k purchase.
Recently they decided that we have to move our accounts to the new platform (Climbo 2.0) by 11/1/25.
The old platform offered multiple connections to 38 platforms, though some required clients to login to that platform, like Yelp!, to respond to reviews as Climbo never fully integrated that API into their system.
Though I bill clients from a different platform, I was able to assign the different levels for my clients, such as the FREE version where a client handled their own reviews to the paid version, where I actually respond for my clients on those reviews.
Now comes Climbo 2.0.
Every single client has to be MANUALLY migrated to the new platform.
Once the client is setup, if you want to EDIT or change the plan, and you have not Google Onboarded yet, you are unable to do so.
Instead of 30+ platforms to feed the reviews, you get 9.
We are no longer getting UNLIMITED clients, only 5.
Want more? $499 get you 50 more clients.
If the client does not have a Google My Business, the account cannot be setup. Even if they have other platforms, it will not allow you to progress to any other platforms unless you onboard via Google.
There is no option for creating a price structure even if you are billing separately from Climbo, this requires the upgraded plans.
The original Climbo sales pitch is below:
Lifetime access
Unlimited clients
Clients Mode: Integration with Google, Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, and +30 platforms
Clients Mode: Landing page to get positive reviews and avoid negative ones
Clients Mode: Private feedback and video testimonials generator
Clients Mode: Dashboard to read and respond via AI to all reviews and feedback
Clients Mode: Review requests via QR code (unlimited visits), WhatsApp (unlimited), SMS (100/month), Email (1.000/month)
Clients Mode: Social proof widgets (carousel, feed, badge, pop-up) for websites
Clients Mode: Share auto-generated review posts on Facebook and Instagram
Clients Mode: Analyze the growth and distribution of reviews on integrated platforms
Agency Mode: offer/resell the software to unlimited clients (no cap!)
Agency Mode: customize the sidebar logo and the main color (no custom domain)
Agency Mode: create multiple custom plans turning on/off features
This is NO LONGER BEING HONORED with Climbo 2.0.
It appears that they are eliminating the LTD buyers with this move.

My most traumatic LTD experience so far
I was first surprised that they used AppSumo to attract web marketing professionals. The license sold on AppSumo was only $50, but it allowed them to connect with digital marketing professionals, to whom they later offered a lifetime license for $3,000. Since the amount was very high for an LTD, I took it as proof of their seriousness and high ambitions for future product development. So I purchased a lifetime agency license. For 10 months, disappointments followed one after another. Little to no development, countless lies, too many bugs to use it with our clients and license prices that kept dropping over the months, falling to less than $1,000 in early January 2025, when they were supposed to stop selling them during April/May 2024.
These are dishonest and greedy people who take agency owners for fools.
Climbo was not GDPR-compliant, despite what they claimed in 2024. I requested a refund for this license, as the service does not have the characteristics that were advertised.
To keep it brief, I won't detail the automations that don't work, the promised AMA video sessions that never took place, the roadmap contributions that served no purpose, the slow-paced developments, the VAT that was integrated into the price I was charged when buying the agency white-label license (there's no VAT in my country), the misleading FOMO announcements about lifetime licenses that were supposedly about to be discontinued in favor of annual licenses exclusively, all the broken promises, the lack of transparency, etc. I must say that in 25 years in this business, I have never experienced such a succession of disappointments, failures, and lies from a single service provider.
They did absolutely nothing to promote the sale of annual licenses. No advertising, absolutely no investment in that direction. They stopped fixing the issues and adding new features on Climbo since May/June 2024 and they used our money and feedback to develop a competing platform named DropSaaS, released in February 2025, to to lead us toward a service where there is no choice but to accept a percentage deduction from our revenue, which is particularly dishonest and stupid, since many agencies incorporate this offer into a much broader range of services.

Limited application for me
My main purposes for Climbo were to embed reviews into a website, post positive reviews to social media platforms, and reply to reviews.
Today, I found out that none of the embedded reviews were loading on a client's website. This makes my agency look bad. Luckily, this was the only client I had the Climbo review widget on. I'm going to swap out the Climbo embeds with a different service that will hopefully be more reliable.

HONESTLY ZERO TACOS
I feel sorry to my self for being so rude and getting into the trap ! But you did not botherd and cared.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent support experience and the ongoing issues with my paid account. Despite multiple emails to your team, the resolution provided has been unsatisfactory. Initially, my attempts to redeem a code led to error pages, which has since been resolved by appsumo team, but revealed another pressing issue by climbo. I have discovered there are no noticeable differences between the features offered in the free and the paid accounts. This is unacceptable and not what I expected when I decided to invest here, You would have charge us $2000 charges earlier but being honest. why to come up with a cheap upsell strateg this manner !

Good and Not-So-Good
I really wanted to like Climbo. I see its great potential, but it lacks some features crucial for beginner users. I encountered issues immediately; I couldn't create any clients due to issues that seemed puzzling. It appears that most of the essential features require a hefty investment of $3k and becoming an agency. Testing it with my own business and a recently finished client, I found that emails sent from their site went straight to spam. While I understand that adding a domain is a white-label feature, having emails marked as spam at the base price is problematic. Overall, I believe opening up a few features at a lower price point would make it a great product.
