This seems to be correct. Your credits are rolled over and correctly showing how many are left. What’s the issue really ?

If it still shows 1/3000 after the months cycle has passed then this user is saying that it should have reset to 0/3000 for the current month. By still showing 1/3000 it appears that you have used one and will only have 2999 credits remaining in total for the lifetime.
