Good, with room for improvements
Not a major issues (but annoying) is that my backend and some of the info is "broken" - e.g. the number of codes, team members, etc. shows inconsistently across the platform.
"Rachel" the support rep, while answering quickly and trying to be helpful, is often not understanding very basic things in the conversation ... so a little frustrating.
Next, the database could be larger. I don't expect it to be as big as LinkedIn, but more data would be definitely VERY helpful.
Also, the email data is not ideal... e.g. I download 1k contacts and only 350 have verified emails, the rest is guessed. When I run the "guessed" contacts through my enrichment tool, I get around 350 more! So working on verifying emails would be very nice.
However, you are able to get the data you want, just the volume is perhaps not there / as expected (and I am targeting a big space - SaaS)
Apart from the points above, it works, and it's a good deal for a lifetime access.
