Lifetime Deal buyer — account disabled without reason or notice
I purchased this lifetime deal on AppSumo and have been a legitimate user since day one. I use the platform occasionally but have never violated any terms of service.
Recently, I received an automated email saying my connected email account was disconnected. When I tried to log in to fix it, I was met with a message saying "Your account is disabled" — with no prior warning, no explanation, and no way to access the platform.
This is unacceptable for a lifetime deal customer. I paid upfront for permanent access, not to be locked out at any point without cause. The only option given is to "Contact Support," which is not a solution for something that should never have happened in the first place.
I have since reached out to support. Waiting for a resolution. I will update this review if the situation is corrected.
For AppSumo buyers considering this deal: be aware that accounts can be disabled without warning, even if you are an inactive but legitimate user.
