I am a user of Clodura AI purchased through AppSumo with a lifetime deal (LTD). I received the notification that the tool permanently shut down on July 31, 2026, without clear prior information about refunds or compensation.

I understand that closures can happen, but I am very concerned that this is already the fourth tool bought on AppSumo that has ended its service.This represents not only a financial loss but also a significant cost in time and work invested in the platform.

Could you please let me know what options are available for affected users? Does AppSumo have any policy for these cases? What do you recommend doing when an LTD tool closes suddenly without prior notice or refund?

I would appreciate a clear response and a fair solution for those of us who trusted these deals.
