No real need to add my own perspective on this closure. The site hasn't completely disappeared. We just have no access to what we bought because we are at the mercy of the developer! Other reviews give more details.

Cloozo just provides just another reason to warn against gambling your hard-earned money on AppSumo "deals"... because any purchase on AppSumo IS a gamble. Some do pay off. But ask yourself if you're better off in the end with the amount of money that has been stolen from you by the developers of products like Cloozo, Sessions, Re:Tune, Speechki, StoriPress, Resound, CloudStick, bCast, etc., etc., etc.?

You gave them a ton of money, and they often take no responsibility to fulfill their end of the deal. It's far too easy for many of them to walk away after they've spent your money.

The LTD model is bad for most developers. And that's because it's hard to build critical recurring revenue with monthly-paying subscribers. It takes REAL HARD WORK... more work than developing takes.

The list of developer lies, business failures and burned buyers grows bigger every day. Think twice before you buy that highest tier! I wish I had. Now I will. My AppSumo buying days are nearly done.

I just went to log in to check the progress on this app. I got this screen: "This deployment is temporarily paused."
What does this mean? Is it dead?

3/19/25 - I checked back, and the previous screen is gone. Now, it shows a login box, but it does not recognize my login credentials. The contact link doesn't work.

I don't know what else to do or where to go for support. This platform does not work any longer. You can't complete the process of making new bots because the server doesn't connect. I knew it was a disaster when I found out you had to use pinecone for bots and I knew it wasn't going to last long. The Discord channel is no longer active and you still can't create new bots. I have the highest tier and it's utterly useless. I haven't deployed one bot ever since purchasing. What a waste of $500.

At first, the product seems very easy and user-friendly. I do have the unlimited Bot, which is the biggest tier. However, there is a possibility of integrating with Pinecone. For the uninitiated (like me), it's really difficult to understand how to integrate with Cloozo—no clue. Additionally, there are no videos on YouTube or any other resources available. I found nothing new. As I experienced personally, on the Cloozo Discord channel, there are people like me who have not received responses for weeks. I guess this is dead, and all the money has been wasted. There has been no response for two weeks, no plans, no roadmap—nothing. So yes, that’s my guess.

I gave this a go for a few days. I was happy to look past the app design issues (which are confusing), but in the end there were other issues which made me return for a refund. The chatbot responses were slow, the pinecone connection kept throwing errors, and the data source to scrape the site also had errors.
It has potential and I'd totally give it another go in the future when it's a bit more solid.
