After this major updates, we as a loyal Summoling, our accounts all wiped out and got turn into free accounts with all the limitations just like those free accounts? As if we have never pay anything? Last year I purchased this software and it is pretty nice when it comes to taking ...

Issues I'm facing: 1) Whenever I start writing CloutApp, my computer struggles a lot. I mean, I can see slight lagging in my cursor movement. Even though no other software is running with 8 GB RAM, and i7 processor, the lagging is irritating.

I agree with the annotation. Would love to see it improved. I still use Nimbus as well because of it's more advanced annotations. I would love to be able to just use 1 app instead of the two.
In fact, after reviewing the two just now, I'm going to suggest appsumo to try and get Nimbus on appsumo.
I would rather use Nimbus. Has much better functionality.
Q: What happened with CloudApp?
I've tried reaching out to the team and get no response.
My account has been downgraded from a "Team Plan" to a "Legacy Plan" and am being promoted to upgrade from the free plan.
Instead of a 1minute GIF capture, I now only have 15 seconds. Instead of unlimited screen recording, I only have 1 min! No custom domain and branding.
And the worst part of this all, I had two workspaces... all of my past DROPS are missing from one of the workspaces.

Q: Totally crap on Windows.
They can't resolve the issues for Windows users. I'm using this for a year and with every update, it's even worse.
And the support is bad, they don't replay.
