SCAM - not useable
I'd like to amend what others already said about this embarrassing scam: it's not just the deal terms, the product itself is BROKEN since Feb 25 and support is a black hole. If you leave security updates enabled (which is crucial for web hosting), the server breaks and becomes unusable. Database goes down and you can't install SSL anymore. I want my money back!

CloudStick promised a business plan if you bought three codes, but they lied. It was a terrible experience with an untrustworthy company. I don't know how the founder can sleep at night knowing he scammed hundreds of people.

Another Scam That Appsumo Will Do Nothing About
As anyone can see, CloudStick has left the building and left Sumolings holding the bag, a story that repeats itself time and again. Does AppSumo care? You tell me, because so far my personal experience is they say they will contact the seller of the software and then all you hear from AppSumo is crickets after they tell you the vendor will get back to you (which never happens).
I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on products on AppSumo and NOT ONCE has AppSumo lifted a finger to help when I've notified them of a scam product.
As a result, I recently let my AppSumo Plus membership lapse and will take a long break from purchasing anything here because AppSumo's guarantees are completely worthless.
The reputation of AppSumo is in tatters and soon nobody will buy anything here once software becomes democratized in the very near future.

I purchased CloudStick Tier 3 from AppSumo, expecting the promised features, including OpenLiteSpeed and a free upgrade to the Business Plan as stated by the vendor in their Q&A section. However, after purchasing, I discovered that the upgrade was not honored, and instead, I was asked to pay an additional $133 to access the Business Plan features.
The developer has been completely unresponsive in the official Facebook community, leaving many customers frustrated. They even locked the group, preventing users from posting questions or complaints. Many AppSumo buyers were misled by the vendor's promises, only to realize later that the deal was not as advertised.
Despite multiple attempts to contact CloudStick support, they have refused to acknowledge or resolve the issue. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a product marketed on a reputable platform like AppSumo.
Additionally, CloudStick has high RAM usage, making it nearly unusable for smaller VPS instances. The lack of transparency, false advertising, and poor customer support make this platform highly unreliable and untrustworthy.
I strongly do not recommend CloudStick to anyone looking for a stable and reliable cloud panel. The company's deceptive practices and lack of support make it a terrible choice for web hosting management.
Verdict: Stay away from CloudStick.
