Q: Mind map to blog?

Would it be possible to convert the mind map into a blog, by taking into account its logical structure and content?

Also, would it be possible to define the average length of text per node at creation?
And even better: setting the expected density of nodes? (Few nodes with long parsed info VS many sub-notes with shorter more specific content)

Q: Do you plan to integrate openrouter?

With openrouter we could access other lodels like perplexity, openAI deepsearch etc, providing insights that could go deeper into topics.

Is it possible to run a new AI search to deepen a node? Or provide a new text/website and the existing mindmap to be updated/completed based on the new input?

The roadmap 2025 is empty, what is planned next?

Thank you

Q: Multiple Documents and Mobile limitations

Features
1) Would it be possible to to upload several documents to find how they are linked?
2) It would also be helpful to just add plain text and have AI generate a map.
3) Are there any plans to add folders and sub folders to better organize maps?

Bugs
4) Also, i am mostly on mobile and noticed a number of features are missing most notably AI chat, the ability to delete maps, and accessing favorites. Are there any updates planned to fix the mobile version of the site?

A: 1) Would it be possible to upload several documents to find how they are linked?
You were actually the first person to request this feature—an interesting idea. It’s not currently on our roadmap, but we’ll consider it as we shape future updates.

2) It would also be helpful to just add plain text and have AI generate a map.
This makes perfect sense, and we can make it happen soon. I'll try to fit it into the next update. Thanks for the suggestion!

3) Are there any plans to add folders and subfolders to better organize maps?
Regarding your request, we’ve chosen a tag-based organization system instead of traditional folders. The main advantage of this approach is flexibility—one mind map can belong to multiple tags, allowing for more dynamic organization rather than being confined to a single folder.

4) I mostly use mobile and noticed some missing features—like AI chat, deleting maps, and accessing favorites. Any updates planned for mobile?
You’re correct, the mobile experience is currently more limited than desktop. Most of our development so far has focused on desktop, since that’s where the majority of usage happens. That said, we absolutely plan to improve mobile support, and features like AI chat, deleting maps, and favorites are all on our list for future updates.

Q: Can't sign up

I took advantage of the offer, but I'm unable to sign in. It keeps sending me a code, then telling me that the code is invalid. When clicking the redeem button, it allows me to input the code, but it goes nowhere. I have also tried two different browsers, and that didn't work. I'm hoping these hiccups are not a reflection of the software. How do I proceed?

A: Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like your verification link may have been accessed by a corporate spam filter before you could click it, which can cause it to expire. We already have a solution for this.

Please send an email to support@nodeland.io, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Q: Customization options

Is there a way to preset defaults for shapes, sizes and formats on a global level upfront as opposed to doing that inside every mindmap?

A: Hello, tradfi. Thanks for your question!

It is possible to set the default appearance for nodes and shapes by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom-left corner.

However, there isn’t currently a global setting for this. As a workaround, you can create a template map with your preferred styles and clone it as many times as needed.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
