Q: Hi -whilst I really enjoy the pros of CW, I struggle with the UI.
Do you have plans to make this better? Maybe ask users what they would like to see chnaged/created.
For me, everytime I highlight a piece of text, it opens and I am not sure whether it is created or whether I have to press enter. When I visit my dashboard, I find that multiple copies have been created.
2) Would it be possible to bulk add articles to a cluster?

To save a highlight without the extension opening you can use the Shift + Ctrl + Enter shortcut. A checkmark will appear in the top right corner when it's saved instead of the arrow that typically appears when the extension is closed.
If the highlight isn't saved it will appear in the extension with a yellow background, which is not the case once it's saved within your topic. If the highlight is yellow, you need to click enter to save it.

Additionally, right now it's not possible to add topics in bulk to clusters.
Clusters are a relatively new feature and if you have a use case for bulk-adding of topics to clusters, we'd love to hear it 😊
