I need help. I purchased this product twice in error. The first time in July 2023. Then again in Sept 2023. I want to request a refund on the second purchase. Will there be a problem that will affect my July purchase?

We got the answer from AppSumo!\u000a\u000aIf you purchased 2 separate licenses (two Tier 1 licenses), there shouldn\u0027t be any problem with you refunding one of them. \u000a\u000aIf you purchased Tier 1 and then upgraded to Tier 2, then the refund would cause a downgrade. \u000a\u000aLet us know if you have any issues around this and we\u0027ll do our best to get this sorted. 😄
