To answer a couple of your points:
- While it's a time saver for some, we know not everyone wants the Collabwriting popup. You can hide it in the settings tab of the extension and the how-to tutorial can be found here: https://help.collabwriting.com/en/articles/8141642-how-to-hide-the-quick-open-button
- When testing right now we were able to log in straight from the extension but will look into it more to see what's not working properly. Feel free to reach out to us if you see any other issues with the app.
