Some good priciples and I would say it helps but nothing out of the ordinary where I would say "wow".

Pretty good freebie. There's some solid principles in here for getting saas from step 1 to acquisition. I'd like to see a more detailed breakdown, with examples, from the authors (although it doesn't have to be free lol). Love to hear from their personal experience with taking an example business through the process, as I feel the details would really help flesh out the principles here. Even interviewing someone, if firsthand knowledge isn't possible, would be useful to readers.

Starting out in SaaS is hard, and this guide helps kickstart the process. I'm not looking to acquire a SaaS now, but it's helpful to think about what future acquirers might be looking for in mine.
