I bought Columns time ago (27 nov 2025) with the following characteristics:
Unlimited data connections; Unlimited publishing & embedding; Unlimited time series data forecasting; Unlimited cloud storage; Unlimited live pages/dashboards
Now, I see that I am on Premium Plan with credit limits ($0.03 / 1000 rows with 10$ credit, when the info inside the platform even shows the Premium Plain is 20$ credit, not 10$).
I even got an Usage box with the remain credits (when I bought unlimited)...
So, I am confused. May you, please, explain the situation?
What is unlimited?
Did unlimited turned to limited?
I am wrong thinking that I bought unlimited and now it is not for some reason?

Jul 8, 2026A: Hi, I answer a similar question in another thread, happy to explain it again.
The deal was for Columns Graph - the whole product Columns has before, but one of the 3 core products Columns Drive, Columns Flow, and Columns Graph.
What the deal offers doesn't change - Columns Graph is still fully running. However Columns Drive and Columns Flow are completely new products in the Columns product family, as it consumes a lot of resources including AI as you can imagine. We can not offer unlimited access to Flow and Drive through the deal, however, we let deal holders have Premium access to Flow and Drive, which is an extra gift in my thought.
There is no extra cost on you if you use Columns Graph to build unlimited graphs, pages, data uploads, embeddings, etc.
However, if you start using Drive or Flow, you will need to pay the usage after the $10 or $20 credits it initialized for your account. Let me know if this clarifies and answers your questions.
So you have stopped developing graph portion of the tool further?
