Q: How are product updates being communicated to users?
I was never notified that the Chrome extension was deprecated and the web app was released. I found out the hard way. I haven't gotten any communication from your team since the initial email when I activated my account in December. I get updates from your feedback site, but those are just notifications that people are adding feature suggestions.

May 15, 2024A: Hello Steve, apologies for that and for the lack of communication. We are setting up a regular email update for customers. Really the only difference is the size of the window that Comigo is in (a popup for chrome ext. A full browser window for the web app—but indeed that is a difference that some might not prefer). If you purchased an AppSumo lifetime deal your access is the same to the web app and to the forthcoming iPhone and Android apps as well. Also, happy to refund you if you would prefer.
Arman on our team has suggest we setup a changelog within the Comigo app itself that we could get pushed out pretty soon. Your feedback confirms that's a very good idea.
