After acquisition, it continued working till 30-06-2026 but LTD/appsumo accounts closed and not migrated to Amplitude. why? Is there any procedure to shift LTD users?
Congratulations on the acquisition! 🙌 I’m hopeful this brings exciting new benefits for all customers, including those with LTDs. Amplitude mentioned: "We will continue to serve Command AI’s existing customers until our platforms are integrated. At that point, we will help Command AI’s customers move over to Amplitude." Could you clarify what this means for LTD customers? Will our LTD plans be honored under an Amplitude plan that mirrors our current Command AI tier? Any insights would be much appreciated!
do appsumo users get access to helphub?
